Proper Shoe Conditioning

Today I applied a new product to a beat up pair of Clark's Buschacres that had taken me to Uruguay and back. They had previously darkened up considerably from my post a few pages back (a few days after purchase) to what I'll display below.

After some research on the subject on styleforum.net as well as viewing a few products at epaulet.com and asuitablewardrobe.com, I purchased Saphir Renovateur from A Suitable Wardrobe. Promptly arrived (two days in fact, so major shout out) and did a quick application to my boots to see how they might recover from their decrepit state. Following the "Mac Method" as well as shining technique as displayed on A Suitable Wardrobe w/ a beautiful pair of Alden Shell Cordovan Captoe boots, they've once again become beautiful - even if it is only calf leather.
